Include your Shopify store domain, the page you were using, and whether the issue happened during install, scanning, CSV export, or billing.

Common limits

Gross margin is not net profit.
Orders with missing COGS are marked unknown, not estimated.
Only recent Shopify orders are scanned unless all-orders access is granted later.

The CSV export is merchant-triggered and can be attached to support emails when a merchant wants help reading margin alerts.
